• 2006: GILUPI GmbH ( www.gilupi.com ) - founded company together with 2 Professors and the current CEO

  Supported the founding team in the early stage phase with Business Plan,
  investor presentation and approach, secured several rounds of financing.
  Continuous support to the CEO in strategic tasks such a Business
  Development and Patent issues.

• 2007: VOIPFUTURE ( www.voipfuture.com ) - VoIP diagnostic/analysis technology.

  Supported the founding team in the spin-out from Siemens AG and in all aspects of securing an initial and subsequent financing rounds.

• 2008: ProximusDA ( www.proximusda.com ) - SW Development Environment for massively parallel systems.

  Founded company together with 2 technical founders.
  Raised US$ 2Mio in 2 financing rounds. Currently about 40 employees in Germany and Armenia plus representatives in California and France.
  From founding until Feb-2011 I held the role as CEO.

Since the start of my consulting company end 2004 and today I served in many relevant consulting contracts for young companies and VC investors in a variety of business segments in IT, Microelectronics and MedTec.
